- Technical planning support to define an automated logistic system in terms of functionality, performance and technical issues
- Writing of technical / functional documents to ask for offers for all kind of sub-systems (Material flow management system, stacker cranes, conveyors, monorails, handling machines, etc.)
- Review and compare of system-offers to evaluate the suppliers or concepts
- Writing of requirement specifications for all kind of sub-systems
- Project management of suppliers during the engineering-, production- and installation phase
- Preparation of all test and acceptance documents
- On site function- and acceptance tests for all kind of sub-systems or a complete logistic system
- Integration support during start-up of a sub-system or a complete logistic system
